At Candi Creations, every product is handmade and custom-created just for you. We take pride in our craft and want you to love your order!
Custom & Personalized Orders
Because each item is made to order with your specific customizations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom/personalized items unless:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item was sent
- The item significantly differs from what was ordered
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order details (name and email used at checkout)
- Photos of the damaged/defective item
- A description of the issue
We will work with you to make it right โ whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.
Non-Custom Items
For any non-custom, ready-made items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Stripe
- Please allow 5โ10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started yet, we’ll issue a full refund. Once production has begun on a custom item, cancellations may not be possible.
